The machine named OVAL CALENDER is supplied with a special kinematic device with variable ratios to calender strips in different shapes in order to produce earrings or bracelets (ex. oval, triangular, quadrangular, television-oval, polygonal, etc.) with the possibility to stamp shapes and drawings during the calendering process.
The desired shape is obtained thanks to the moulding of the upper roll of the calender.
The minimum dimensions to be wound are of 14x20mm, whereas the maximum width of the strip is 20mm.
The stamping of the desired shape is performed between the round lower roll (female) and the upper oval roll (male).
A pneumatic system allows the lift-lowering of the oval roll driven by a geared motor with fixed rotation number.
The lower round roll is driven by an adjustable-speed motor with variable rotation number.
