This machine, F1 SMALL METAL BEADS, is planned to produce small metal beads, starting from plate, with one single hole. This machine is delivered when all preparation and adjustment procedures as regards its automatic movements have already been carried out and the user can substitute the working tools in order to vary the production of beads/small metal balls.

The working tools can be customized on request. The metal strip is uncoiled by means of a back loose coil, it enters the working head, which is enclosed from the perimeter protection device , and the small metal ball is cut, formed, drilled and subsequently expelled by means of a side discharge hose.

The working speed can be adjusted according to the thickness of the plate, the kind of tools and the diameter of the produced metal ball.

The lubrication procedure of all mechanical gears is carried out by means of a built-in automatic system in the machine
