The machine is aimed to produce metal rolled and screw-threaded pins which can be used within the field of the gold manufacturing industry (for example for ear-ring clasps and nuts).

This machine begins the automatic working process by starting with metal wire inserted into the machine by means of an automatic feeding device, then it is automatically rolled, cut and in the end the finished product is automatically unloaded into its special collection container.

Also a punching device is installed on this machine in order to put the trade mark stamp on each pin. The machine let to produce screw-threaded pins also by changing the milling rollers without any gold scrap.

Thanks to mechanical and functional setting procedures (by means of a PLC device) this machine allows an easy and quick change of the working parameters . The machine is also supplied by pieces automatic counter.
